Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders

All Duck Jeepers packages are custom-made to order.

Each order includes a customer-selected CelebriDuck, personalized message, and custom packaging. Because these products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong duck
  • Entering the wrong message
  • Recipient no longer wanting the item
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Refused deliveries

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damage or issue

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement
  • Replace the damaged item
  • Issue a partial or full refund

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed missing may require additional verification before replacement or refund is issued.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once your package has been assembled, customized, printed, or shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
