All Duck Jeepers packages are custom assembled to order.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Duck Jeepers currently ships throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping is included in the price of every Duck Jeepers Gift Package.

There are no surprise shipping charges added during checkout for standard domestic orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Duck Jeepers is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos if damage occurred during shipping.

We will work with the carrier and review each situation individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
